Salesforce Operations may require additional documentation for the following scenarios:
- Return to Sales
- CTR Hold
- PTI Rejected
- If the change order required a new document to be uploaded. Label the document with the new date – e.g. 05-06-22-Eddie Design to ensure the Operations know which file is the latest.
- After all documents are uploaded, change the status to “Return To Salesforce” to send back to Operations.
